What is Hero Closet?

Hero Closet is an online retailer of officially licensed Marvel apparel and accessories. Our focus is superhero designs that work as everyday clothing: graphic tees, hoodies, crop tops and button-up shirts. The Drop is our curated starting point.

Is the Marvel merchandise officially licensed?

Hero Closet offers officially licensed merchandise sourced through a licensed merchandise fulfillment program. Hero Closet is the retailer; Marvel characters, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not present Hero Closet as Marvel's own store.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our U.S.-based merchandise partner. U.S. fulfillment describes where an order is handled and shipped; it does not mean every garment was manufactured in the United States.

Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, and timing varies by order and destination. Read Shipping & Delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. For a delivery question, contact us with your order number so we can look into that order.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the options on the individual product page. Men's, women's and juniors' styles, crop tops and full-length tees should not be assumed to fit the same way. When measurements or fabric details are not listed, ask us before ordering. We will help check the available product information rather than guess.

Can I return an item that does not work for me?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. Contact Hero Closet before sending an item back. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

What about damaged, defective or incorrect items?

Contact us with the order details. We will work with you to correct a damaged, defective or incorrect order at no additional cost to you. Do not send it back before receiving return instructions.

What is the difference between The Drop and the full catalog?

The Drop is a smaller edit chosen for distinctive graphics and everyday styling. The full Marvel collection includes a broader assortment of apparel and accessories.
