These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of herocloset.com and purchases from Hero Closet. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here.

Store use and eligibility

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate information when checking out or communicating with us. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the site in violation of law, or use the store for fraudulent activity.

Products and availability

Hero Closet offers officially licensed merchandise sourced through authorized merchandise and fulfillment channels. Product availability, sizes, colors, and designs may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but screen settings and photography can affect appearance.

Third-party brand names, characters, logos, artwork, and trademarks displayed on merchandise are the property of their respective owners or licensors. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to the buyer.

Prices, taxes, and shipping charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout when required. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you with options or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates and carrier estimates are estimates and can be affected by carrier operations, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including our 30-day return period for eligible merchandise.

Intellectual property and site content

The Hero Closet site, including its original text, layout, graphics, and other store content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and licensed artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from all security risks. This does not limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hero Closet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, fraud, or violation of these Terms or the rights of another person.

Changes to the store or Terms

We may update the site, services, products, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights that have already accrued where prohibited by law.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and other laws that apply to Hero Closet and the transaction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
