30-Day Returns

We want you to feel good about shopping Hero Closet. If something is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact Hero Closet before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will work with you to make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
